Wrong shade or changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund.
How returns work
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number.
- We email a pre-paid return label within 24 hours.
- Send the product back in its original packaging.
- We refund within 3-5 business days of receiving it.
Refund amounts include the original shipping cost. If the item arrived damaged or defective, we also cover your return postage and send a replacement on request.
